It always amazes me how I blink
and the holidays are
RIGHT.AROUND.THE.CORNER!
I always say every year that I am
going to start my shopping early
I am going to do things around
my house that have been neglected.
I am going to put up my decorations early.
I am going to make my christmas cards early.
Mail the cards out early.
And once again...I AM NOT EARLY!!
I feel behind on everything!
So today I took a few minutes to create
sort of "a beginning xmas list"
and ordered a few things online.
It wasn't much...
but I feel MUCH BETTER already!
Not to mention Black Friday...
I will be the crazy one getting up at
stupid o'clock to shop...
And as I do every year...
I will get through this one too :)
So enough blabbering....
and on to the good stuff....
The Bride

Chipboard letters - Pink Paislee; Flowers-Prima; Resin pieces - Prima Shabby Chic;
Pearl flourishes - ZVA; Punches - Martha Stewart; Mist - Tattered Angels; Ribbon - Pink Paislee; Distress Tool - Prima)
This is ONE thing that I had a jumpstart on for the holidays...
I really LOVE the new Pink Paislee Shadowbox frames
and I was thrilled to be able to create with one.
This one I did to hang up during the holidays this year...
The picture is of my son from a trip that we took
to Vermont when he was about 6.
I adore this picture of him and knew right away
that I wanted to use it on this project :)
